She advises corporate clients on a broad range of issues relating generally to all aspects of employment and specifically employee benefits, share option schemes, pension fund plans. In addition, she liaises with litigation attorneys who handle matters in the Trinidad & Tobago Industrial Court.
She has had a varied career which commenced at the Attorney-General’s Chambers in Guyana in 1967. By 1982, she held the post of Principal Legal Adviser. She then relocated to Trinidad and spent 10 years at the Board of Inland Revenue where she distinguished herself in tax litigation and as Head of the Legal Section.
