Prior to joining Hamel-Smith, Tiffanny gained three years' valuable experience at a large law firm. She practises mainly in the areas of real estate transactions and financing including agreements for sale, condominium developments, leases, rental agreements, debentures, variations, releases and mortgage bills of sale. She also has general litigation experience.
