Nadia joined M. Hamel-Smith & Co. as an instructing Attorney in December 2006.  She spent nine (9) months in the Dispute and Risk Management Practice Group where her initial areas of focus were intellectual property and commercial litigation. 

Since August 2007, she has been a member of our Business, Energy & Tax Practice Group.  She is currently involved in the preparation and review of various types of commercial contracts, incorporation and set up of companies, and providing corporate secretarial support services to numerous companies.

Nadia has acquired much experience in providing corporate/commercial advice to clients. In particular, she is involved in the legal representation of and provision of advice to a number of entities in the energy/petroleum sector.
