Career

Before being admitted in 2006, Kevin Nurse joined the Dispute & Risk Management Group. He is currently a member of the Business Energy & Tax Group and practises in the area of mergers and acquisitions, company law, commercial contracts, commercial leases, tax, securities, and business start-ups and restructuring. He has also been exposed to issues currently before the Tax Court.
