Stacy-Lee joined the firm as an Associate in February 2008, shortly after being called to the bar, She is attached to the Business Energy & Tax Group where she is engaged in reviewing commercial contracts and providing regulatory advice to international energy companies with respect to Oil and Gas Trading. She also provides corporate secretarial services to several companies.

More recently, Stacy-Lee has been involved in several winding up of Companies including Member’s and Creditors’ Voluntary winding up.
