PROFILE

Akeem Lopez is an Associate within the firm’s Transactional Department. Akeem was called to the bar in November 2023 and joined the firm in January 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Akeem completed internships at a reputable commercial set and a well-known statutory body. Akeem’s primary areas of practice include commercial and business transactions and general corporate and commercial law.

CURRENT INVOLVEMENT

Assisting with banking and finance transactions;
Assisting with mergers and acquisitions involving regional companies;
General corporate and commercial advisory; and
General legal research and document drafting.
